Why? It’s my vendetta against trash training programs and wasted time in the gym. As a beginner, I lost years of big gains to those two things, and I hate that. My mission is to make sure you don’t do the same…and it’s personal.

How It Works

The Foundation

We design your custom program, including exercises, weak point training, exercise order, warm-ups, rest periods, journaling, deloading, and everything else you need to dominate Week 1.

Baseline Testing

Hit the gym and determine your baseline strength levels. Week 1 sets your foundations, and believe me, we're gonna build on them.

Phase 1 - Weeks 1-9

Experience GST's growth-focused primary lift periodization, along with linear progressing accessory lifts.

Phase 2 - Weeks 10-17

Growth-focused primary lift periodization with GST's rotating rep accessory lift method.

Self assessment, followed by making exercise changes, if necessary.
